The General Manager is accountable to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the development and progress of the Credit Union, its financial stability, viability, and responsiveness to its members. The General Manager also informs and supports the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary and strategic responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Master of Science Degree in Business Management or a Finance related qualification with a minimum of (5) years experience in a senior management position in a financial institution, or equivalent.
