My name is Earl Edmond and my experience at the 2024 CCCU Convention was nothing short of fantastic. Over five days I was immersed in a world of knowledge, of networking and full enjoyment. The youth summit in particular was actually really impactful. It’s my second time there. And the sessions were not only thought-provoking and insightful, but they were directly relevant to our generation’s professional development.

Sarah and Ari did a wonderful, amazing job of creating an environment where diverse perspectives were not just welcomed but celebrated. And there were discussions on leadership and innovation and climate and other pressing societal challenges. But it truly felt like a community that was coming together to empower each other and pave the way towards a brighter future.
As one of the CCCU Youth Successor Scholarship winners for this year, I am really grateful for this experience. I found it really enriching and I strongly encourage other credit union leaders to invest in sending more young employees to this convention. I see it as an invaluable opportunity to expand your knowledge base, let them connect with like-minded individuals, but also embark on a transformative journey of growth and innovation. The CCCU Convention is really one like no other, and I would strongly recommend this convention to any accredited professional.
